You know the one where I tell you you have to wear a shirt but I don't care about pants! Well, this last weekend I presented at [WordCamp Phoenix](https://phoenix.wordcamp.org/2013/) on virtual teams in their Sunday Business Track. While that footage isn't ready yet, I also got to hang out with the great folks from [VeloMedia](https://velomedia.com/) - who happened to take footage of me doing a slightly longer version of the talk at [WordCamp Los Angeles](https://la.wordcamp.org/2012/session/remote-management-collaboration/).
