In a little over a week, I'll be speaking with Directors and other key staff that work in Public Housing Authorities all over the country. While many of the topics will be technical (Windows Server Virtualization), one topic draws more attention than most - social media. And when it comes to social media topics, there's nothing more complicated than social media in the public sector. That's because most of the tools smack of consumer-orientation. Additionally, management within PHAs often worry that their staff will burn far too much time 'playing' with social media sites. So here's a preview of my slides.
