Preparing for a talk isn't quick

I spend a lot of time preparing for a 35-40 minute presentation. In total I spend over an hour per every minute of a talk, over the course of about six weeks.

I know people who wing talks. I know people who tweak slides minutes before going on stage. That's not me.

But my goal is different. It's not about presenting information for me. It's about creating a memorable experience. Something that stays with people - long after I leave.

So tell me this: what's your prep like?

A story. An insight. A bite-sized way to help.
